1. Where We Ship
Bawn Pet Co. currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times & Methods
We use reliable UK couriers (such as local, Royal Mail, or DPD). Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays outside our control (weather, courier issues, strikes, holidays) may occur.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, courier rates, and destination within the UK.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; these will be clearly advertised when available.
5. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been shipped.
Some low-value or small parcels may be sent via untracked delivery to keep shipping costs low.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Issues
Missed Deliveries / Collection
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may:
- leave a calling card
- send you a tracking update
- take the parcel to a local collection point
Unclaimed parcels returned to us may require payment of a redelivery fee.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or excessively delayed:

Contact the courier using your tracking number
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, contact us at contact@bawnpetco.com and we will assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the parcel and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bawnpetco.com
- Include your order number and photos
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
9. Shipping Restrictions (Pet Food Products)
Because our products are perishable, shipments may be affected by:
- extreme temperatures
- courier delays
- weekend transit times
We package items appropriately, but customers are responsible for retrieving deliveries promptly to ensure product freshness and safety.
